08 Apr 24 - Discover some fun facts about pollinators! Free event for kids

Busy bees? We are jointly hosting a free Children's Pollinator Event at Portswood Rec on Monday 8 April between 1030 and 1230 with our Gardening Co-ordinator Denise Long, and Dawn Bannatyne Lead Ranger from Southampton City Council. There's no charge and no booking required - just meet up by the picnic benches (near the tennis courts).

It's suitable for children from around 5 to 11 years old, who must be accompanied by an adult.  Wear sturdy boots or shoes because you may be walking on muddy ground.

For more information, contact Denise at denise.long2@btinternet.com. In case of bad weather, we may need to cancel - please check the website or Facebook on Sunday evening. Do come and join us and please spread the word!.
